How to work and live comfortably in high-temperature or hot regions, especially in areas with limited electricity supply, is a common challenge. Jiang Mingshan, co-founder of Zhongqi Lian Coatings Co., Ltd., developed a new heat-resistant and sun-blocking coating. Applied to building exteriors, it not only enhances appearance and protects construction materials but also directly reduces air conditioning energy consumption. At the 4th BRICS Solutions Competition, his project won the BRICS Solutions Nomination Award. The competition, listed in the The Kazan Declaration of the 16th BRICS Summit, aims to promote exchange and cooperation among BRICS countries by sharing best practices and optimal solutions in relevant fields.
