Nursultan Bakashov, co-founder of AkylAI (a startup based in Kyrgyzstan that is developing a Kyrgyz-speaking AI assistant), believes that we should not only learn about AI but also befriend it. He argues that AI itself is neither good nor bad—the key lies in whether humans can utilize it effectively to facilitate personal growth and improve work efficiency. He maintains that the younger generation needs to understand AI and learn how to harness it more effectively, emphasizing that young people should cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset when engaging with AI.
