Thongly Sisoulith, Deputy Secretary General of Lao Youth Union, shared views at the opening ceremony of the 2025 World Youth Development Forum. He emphasized that green development has become a priority for many countries, including the Lao PDR, and went on to detail Laos' initiatives to advance green and sustainable development in such areas as renewable energy, sustainable agriculture, forest conservation, and green infrastructure.

Jatuporn Rojanapanich, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Social Development and Human Security of Thailand, shared views at the opening ceremony of the 2025 World Youth Development Forum. She emphasized the need for clear policies, sustained funding, and collaboration between public and private sectors to support holistic youth development, including through international exchanges, to help young people reach their full potential and shape the future.

Tuong Lam Nguyen, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, President of the Viet Nam Youth Federation, shared views at the opening ceremony of the 2025 World Youth Development Forum. The Vietnamese government has implemented a series of measures to support youth employment, stimulate entrepreneurial spirit, and enhance entrepreneurial capabilities.
