At the 2025 Acceleration Week for Global Youth Development, Aigul, Director of Russia’s Selet Youth Center, presented her program. It implements a “selection-cultivation-practice” talent empowerment model through a four-dimensional “Environment-Movement-System-Technology” framework, identifying gifted children via competitions and hosting educational camps and hundreds of forums across Tatarstan and over ten regions worldwide. The program features themed activities—such as Tatar language learning and scientific competitions—and offers career development support through integrated mentorship.
