Armando Vieira, Head Leader of PAMOSSI - VIVA SURDO, Angola. At the 2025 Acceleration Week for Global Youth Development, he presented a project enhancing self-sufficiency for Angola’s deaf community through targeted vocational training in electrical work, beauty services, and cooking. By mobilizing social resources, the program established a support system including internships, charity aid, and free sign language courses.
