Senior CPC official meets with Singapore's Coordinating Minister for Public Services

Shi Taifeng, a senior official of the Communist Party of China (CPC), met with Chan Chun Sing, Singapore's Coordinating Minister for Public Services and Minister for Defence, in Beijing on Wednesday. 
Shi, a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and head of the CPC Central Committee's Organization Department, said that China and Singapore are friendly neighbors and important partners, and that China is willing to use the 35 th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties as an opportunity to implement the key consensus reached between the two countries' leaders. 
He called on both countries to deepen cooperation in various fields, including the training and exchange of leadership talent, to drive the all-round, high-quality, future-oriented partnership between China and Singapore, enabling it to achieve more fruitful results and bring improved benefits to the two countries and peoples. 
Chan said that Singapore is willing to continuously enhance training and exchange with China, deepen cooperation in various fields, and advance bilateral relations.
