The upgrade of the Bin-Sui Railway, a key section of the China-Europe Railway Express’s eastern route, was fully opened on Sept 27. Trains via Suifenhe port will now operate at 120 km/h, up from 55 km/h. The 4.146-km project, launched in May 2024, includes new tunnels and bridges with dual-gauge tracks for China-Russia traffic, enhancing efficiency in harsh climates.（Photo provided to China Youth Daily)
