The Science and Technology Backyard is dedicated to researching and protecting the green development of the Erhai Lake area. Teachers and students drove tricycles to trace the source of pollution in Erhai Lake, developed green and intelligent fertilizers and used homestays to develop tourism. The Backyard has brought a regional transformation model for green development.
